The monarch looked sensational wearing a pink Stewart Parvin dress, paired with a Rachel Trevor-Morgan hat – also in pink – and some stylish white gloves.
If you looked closely at the dress pattern, it featured lilies as part of the floral design.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry revealed that their new daughter, who was born on June 4, has the nickname “Lili”, and royal fans have said the Queen’s dress choice was symbolic.
The Queen also wore her Jardine star brooch for the visit, which could be a subtle nod to the American Star-Spangled Banner.
Mr Biden, 78, visited Her Majesty with wife Jill on Sunday after attending the G7 summit in Cornwall.
After their meeting, Mr Biden told reporters: “I don’t think she’d be insulted but she reminded me of my mother, the look of her and just the generosity.”
And he said she’d asked about Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, whom Mr Biden has a meeting with next week.
“She wanted to know what the two leaders that I – the one I’m about to meet with, Mr Putin, and she wanted to know about Xi Jinping,” the president said.
“I said I wish we could stay longer, maybe we could hold the cars up a minute, and stuff.
“Anyway, she was very gracious.”
He confirmed he’s invited the Queen to the White House.
“She said, ‘What’s it like in the White House?’ I said, ‘Well it’s magnificent but it’s a lot of people’,” he added.
The monarch has now received four presidents at Windsor, with the Bidens following the Trumps in 2018, the Obamas in 2016, President George W. Bush and his wife in 2008 and the Reagans in 1982.
During her 69 years on the throne, there have been 14 US presidents. Her Majesty has met all but Lyndon Johnson.
The Bidens, along with Emmanuel Macron, were left chuckling as Her Majesty cracked jokes during the event, asking them: “Are you supposed to be looking as if you’re enjoying yourself?” as they posed for a photo.
Their latest meeting after the Queen received her official birthday gift from the nation’s armed forces – a ceremony of pomp and pageantry in her honour – which was held at the castle.
