THE DUCHESS of Cambridge has paid a touching tribute to the Queen during the Royal Caribbean tour, an expert has claimed.
Stylist Hannah Eichler explained to Daily Mail how Kate Middleton, 40, has been cleverly using her wardrobe to pay a subtle yet effective tribute to Her Majesty.
Over the last seven days, the Duchess of Cambridge has stunned fans all over the world with her colourful outfits, which included eye-catching looks of vibrant pinks, oranges and yellows.
And now Hannah has revealed how the choices of the colourful clothing were not just a fashion statement but more so an intentional nod to the Queen, 95, who is known for her love of bright outfits.
”Whether it’s orange for optimism, blue for confidence, red for love or yellow for warmth, Kate has followed the Queen’s cue by using colour to invoke powerful feelings of energy amongst herself and her subjects – a key tool when visiting new countries and engaging with those around her.
”The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s Platinum Jubilee tour of the Caribbean has seen Kate dress to impress in shades of blue, red, khaki and now yellow,” she said.

Sarah noted that vibrant hues have long been a favourite in the Royal family but no one has quite ”championed the look more so than the Queen herself”.
”From yellow, blue, pink and orange every shade of the rainbow has made its way into the wardrobe of the matriarchy.
”As a lover of colour herself, the Duchess has paid homage to the Queen during her tour this week, and while these colourful looks will no doubt get the royal nod of approval, they also make a statement about Kate’s emotions, too.
The professional stylist also explained that scientists have claimed that dopamine dressing triggers an array of different moods.
”Whether it’s orange for optimism, blue for confidence, red for love or yellow for warmth, Kate has followed the Queen’s cue by using colour to envoke powerful feelings of energy amongst herself and her subjects – a key tool when visiting new countries and engaging with those around her.
”The crucial difference with how Kate approaches dopamine dressing is the Queen is always seen with a matching hat.

”Negating a hat gives the Duchess a modern, more relaxed feel which is suitable for a younger member of the royal family while respecting the Queen’s signature aesthetic,” Sarah added.
A fellow expert, Miranda Holder, shared the same opinion, as she said: ”She hits the sartorial sweet spot, achieving the perfect balance between on-trend brights and colour blocking, and the timeless elegance for which she is known and loved.”

”The vibrant colours she has chosen radiate health and happiness, and there are more than a few subtle references to her Majesty the Queen who has long been known for her iconic colourful, colour block outfits with some of her wardrobe choices.”
Here, Miranda used the canary yellow Roksanda dress and the cobalt blue Jenny Packham suit as examples, which, in her opinion, ”felt like a meaningful, celebratory tribute ahead of the milestone Jubilee”.
