The Queen Consort Camilla hosted the intimate event as President of Women of the World Festival (WOW).

She was snapped in deep conversation with Megan, 28, during a gathering with a host of influential women including showbiz and music stars.

Megan looked smart in a fitted long-sleeved black dress for the occasion.

She added a slick of red lipstick to glam up her look.

Meanwhile Megan has been raking in a HUGE OnlyFans pay packet after posting her sexy pics.

The former reality TV star has been making eye-watering amounts after flogging her photos on the X-rated site.

She has made a whopping £1.5million in the last two years from creating OnlyFans content alone.

The former Love Island star, who rose to fame on the ITV2 show in 2018, charges £21 a month for access to the site.

But her devoted followers hand over extra cash for more hidden content sent directly to their inboxes.

So far, Megan has uploaded 861 pics, 127 videos, with her output attracting more than 155,000 ‘likes’ from her fans.

Her success on the adults-only site is reflected in the annual accounts of a firm she set up to take in cash from her new job.

MBH Productions Ltd now has a healthy £424,275 in cash and in 2021 and 2022, she paid £266,007 in taxes.

That means with costs and expenses taken off she’s earned around £1.5million – with OnlyFans being far and away her biggest source of income.

Megan was among the first reality TV stars to sign up to the X-rated site, with Kerry Katona, Katie Price and Sarah Jayne Dunne now following her lead.

The glamour model previously admitted to making “loads of money” from being a stripper before going on Love Island.

With so much cash coming in, Megan was able to buy her staggering dream home in 2020, which features a garden that looks like a football pitch.

The star shot to fame on Love Island, when she coupled up with Wes Nelson and finished in fourth place.

However, it didn’t last and Megan, who is bisexual, went on to date Demi Sims and Chelcee Grimes.
