An additional £8 million ($10 million) might be needed for the construction of the main residence, bringing the total cost to £15.4 million ($18 million). If the couple chooses to move to Malibu, they would be joining celebrity neighbors such as Leonardo DiCaprio, Paris Hilton, and Ellen Degeneres.
