It comes after the bombshell news that King Charles is evicting Harry and Meghan from Frogmore Cottage.
Harry, 38, and Meg, 41, were spotted arriving at top private club and eaterie San Vicente Bungalows in Los Angeles last night.
The Hollywood hotspot is known to be frequented by the most powerful members of the entertainment industry and prohibits the use of mobile phones and photos.
The former Suits actress looked elegant in black leather trousers, black heels and a beige cardigan.
While the Duke sported a casual look with a grey cardigan paired with a blue T-shirt, jeans and blue shoes.
One insider who saw them told Page Six they were in “extremely good spirits” despite news of their eviction.
The couple were given use of the five-bedroom Frogmore Cottage by the Queen as a wedding present in 2018.
But they spent just six months in their new home before settling Megxit terms in 2020 — as The Celeb Report first revealed in a world exclusive.
The Sussexes are now drawing up plans to ship their remaining belongings to the US.
And disgraced Andrew was reportedly offered the keys to the five-bed Windsor home last week.
Andrew, who faces being booted out of his Royal Lodge mansion, was last week offered the smaller Frogmore Cottage, and is said to be “resisting”.
The eviction move, which follows damning allegations from Harry and Meghan about the royals, throws into doubt their chances of a coronation invite in May.
It was revealed that Charles began the process of chucking Harry and Meghan out of Frogmore Cottage days after his son’s controversial memoir Spare was released.
Buckingham Palace issued an eviction notice to the US-based couple as the world reeled from the extraordinary attacks Harry launched against the Royal Family.
They included describing his “arch-nemesis” brother William knocking him to the ground in a row over Meghan.
He also accused Camilla of leaking stories about the brothers.
Finding Freedom author Omid Scobie – a close pal of the Duchess of Sussex – has revealed the couple’s reaction to the news.
He claims it has left Harry and Meghan stunned, and at least two members of the Royal Family “appalled”.
A source close to the couple told him: “It all feels very final and like a cruel punishment.
“It’s like [the family] want to cut them out of the picture for good.”
