The fab four arrived together in a car as Meghan held Harry’s hand to greet crowds of mourners.
William’s official spokesperson confirmed he invited Harry and Meghan to look at the tributes with him today.
It is understood he believed it was an important show of unity at a difficult time for the family.
The Celeb Report’s body language expert, Judi James, points out one particular moment Meghan consoles Prince Harry as they view the tributes left for The Queen.
Judi said: “There is one moment when Harry stands in a self-diminished pose, suggesting he could be overwhelmed by grief.
“Meghan places an arm around him as though physically supporting him.
“When they walk together her raised hand forms a precision gesture that suggests she is giving him verbal support as well.”
Harry also placed a protective arm around Meghan at what is certainly a difficult time for the family.
Meghan was also spotted offering her sympathies to Princess Kate and Prince William says Judi.
The body language expert adds: “Meghan and Harry are holding hands as usual and Meghan’s hand clasp and the touches on Harry’s back suggest she is being supportive.
“Her support might not just be for her husband though.
“When she turns her head in William and Kate’s direction here, and to William in particular, her facial expression suggests a display of sympathy for her brother-in-law as well as her husband.”
The couples finally left in the same car, driven by William, back to the Windsor Estate.
