Disgraced royal and ex-US President Bill Clinton among 170 names to be released in New York
Prince Andrew is set to be named today in court papers relating to paedophile Jeffrey Epstein. The disgraced royal and ex-US President Bill Clinton are on a list of 170 names to be released in New York.
Andrew's Friendship with Epstein Under Scrutiny
The Duke of York's decade-long friendship with paedophile Epstein looks certain to come under the microscope once again. Andrew's expected inclusion heaps more shame on him after he stepped down from public life over a case brought by Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre.
Dozens of other famous Epstein associates were last night bracing themselves for the release of the list, including billionaire Microsoft founder Bill Gates and former Israeli PM Ehud Barak.
Unmasking Andrew: New Documents Link Him to Accuser
Andrew is set to be unmasked in additional documents linking him to one of his accusers. A key figure relating to the duke is Johanna Sjoberg. She claims that in March 2001, when she was 21, Andrew groped her breast at Epstein's New York mansion while playing with a Spitting Image puppet of himself. She also claims Ms Giuffre was there.
The files are the eighth and probably final release from a defamation case filed against Epstein's madam Ghislaine Maxwell by Ms Giuffre.
Andrew Denies Wrongdoing
Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing and told the BBC in 2019 that he had never met Ms Giuffre. Epstein killed himself awaiting trial. Brit Maxwell, 62, is serving 20 years for sex trafficking.
