Sharon Osbourne claims The Talk’s Sheryl Underwood was sent to anger management THREE TIMES for ‘mistreating producers’

SHARON Osbourne claimed The Talk co-host Sheryl Underwood was sent to anger management THREE TIMES for “mistreating people.”

The 69-year-old made the accusations while appearing on The Megyn Kelly Show on SiriusXM.

Sharon claimed Sheryl was sent to anger management THREE TIMES

The former The Talk co-host accused Sheryl of ‘mistreating people’

Back in March, Sharon and Sheryl got into a heated argument after Ozzy Osbourne’s wife was accused of defending Piers Morgan for his comments about Meghan Markle.

She received backlash for her “racially insensitive” remarks, while CBS revealed in a statement later that month that longtime host Sharon would be leaving the program due to the drama that had unfolded.

While speaking to Megyn, 50, on her show, Sharon didn’t hold back as she claimed Sheryl, 57, was sent to anger management after three different producers from The Talk complained about her treatment of them.

‘VERY NERVOUS’

She added that CBS was “very, very nervous” and wanted Sharon gone after she said she knew of things “that had gone down” when former network boss Leslie Moonves was at the show.

Leslie was fired back in 2018 following claims of sexual misconduct.

During the interview, Sharon said: “HR said to me, ‘We feel that you’re not repenting enough. Where are you repenting? What are you doing? You have no – your behavior around this is not appropriate for this situation.’

“So I told them all what I felt about them all. I told them about some dirt that had gone on at the company that I knew about.

“And they were very afraid of me because I’m not afraid to say what I feel. And they just wanted me gone.

“Because when I started talking about things that had gone on on the show before, they got very, very nervous and just wanted me gone, which I can understand.”

The former host said she “knew personally” about “the way people were treated when Leslie was at the show.”

MAKING CLAIMS

She claimed “Sheryl had three complaints about her from different producers about the way she treated them,” adding: “They called me and I said, ‘You cannot get rid of Sheryl. There is no way. She can’t take that. You just can’t do it.’

“So they sent her to anger management. So, it’s alright to treat produces that way, but I can’t say anything to a co-host.”

Sharon then said her comments about Sheryl continued to cause an uproar behind the scenes of the show, alleging: “When it came out that I was mouthing about Sheryl being at anger management because of the way she treated the staff, of course, they were all like panic, panic, panic.

“And listen, none of us are perfect. We all make mistakes. Everybody does. Nobody’s perfect.

“And I’m not saying that Sheryl was a terrible person because she treated producers the way she did.”

After Sharon’s shocking exit from The Talk, actor Jerry O’Connell replaced the longtime host.

SHARON REFLECTS ON THE SCANDAL

Back in September, Sharon reflected on the incident and explained how her heated discussion with Sheryl spiraled during an interview with Daily Mail TV.

She said: “It was a freedom of speech matter. It was pure freedom of speech. A journalist friend of mine who wrote something that people didn’t like and then a few crazies out there, some thugs go – ‘you must be racist, that’s why you’re saying it’ – about my friend Piers. It’s like, come on.”

The former America’s Got Talent judge said a similar statement following the heated argument during the live broadcast after she received backlash from viewers.

At the top of the program, she defended herself saying: “Why is it that because I supported a longtime friend and work colleague for years, people go ‘well you must be racist because he’s racist.’

“No. I support his freedom of speech. I’m not racist and neither is Piers racist. It’s a terrible, evil word to call anyone that’s not knowledge of that.

“What have I ever said about anybody that’s racist? It’s not within me. It’s not in my soul.”
