Claiming Idea Theft
A singer, Gladness Jukic, is suing the BBC for £10million, alleging that the idea for the reality show 'Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star' was taken from her 2018 email pitch.
Legal Battle Unfolds
Jukic, known as Bossiie, claims her idea was sent to BBC commissioning editors in May 2018, around the time the show was approved. BBC lawyers argue that her email bounced back and was never received, and that her submission came after the show was commissioned.
