Alan Halsall gets candid about his divorce

Last night on I'm A Celebrity, some of the campmates discussed dating, which prompted Alan Halsall to open up about his divorce. The Tyrone Dobbs star, 42, who joined Coronation Street in 1998, got candid about his divorce from ex-wife Lucy-Jo Hudson, even admitting that he struggles to date.

Struggles with dating apps

Alan shared with campmates Dean McCullough and Tulisa Contostavlos, "I love what I've got, even now I'm on my own I love just being dad. I've never done dating apps." He also admitted that he wouldn't know how to navigate dating apps, exclaiming, "I don't even know what I'd do!"

Social media bust-up

Following his divorce from Lucy-Jo, things took a turn when Lucy-Jo's new partner called Alan's daughter his own on social media. This led to a social media bust-up, with Alan hitting back, "You're welcome to keep the lying cheating one & call her your own! But not my daughter."

Co-parenting clashes

Lucy-Jo has opened up about the challenges of co-parenting with Alan, admitting that they sometimes clash due to having different views on raising their daughter Sienna. She shared, "Trying to co-parent can be challenging. It's probably like that for a lot of blended families."
