AMERICAN Idol alum Caleb Kennedy’s toxicology report has just been released after he struck and killed a man.
Caleb appeared in court for the fourth time on April 28 for a bond hearing after being arrested in February.
The American Idol alum was charged with a deadly DUI that killed a 54-year-old man.
Officials said Caleb traveled 175 yards of the road to a garage where Larry Parris was working when he hit him.
Even though the 17-year-old had gone through previous hearings, no decision on bond could be made until the toxicology results came back.
During the April 28 hearing, the results were released which showed that Caleb had Prozac and marijuana in his system.

Caleb admitted that he met a friend near a Walmart and “took a hit from a vape pen” and that he “started tripping.”
The hearing solicitor said Prozac bottles were found in his truck after his doctor recently increased his dose.
And the marijuana that was found in his system was only a “trace amount.”
The solicitor asked the judge to grant bond as he has had no previous criminal record and stayed on the scene after he struck Larry.
Larry’s wife was very emotional and spoke at the hearing after asking the judge to deny the bond.
Circuit Court Judge Grace Knie said that she will “consider the information and issue a decision in writing within the next few days.”
Caleb’s lawyer exclusively told The Celeb Report that the ex-Idol was on suicide watch after being denied bond.
QUITS IDOL
Even though his solicitor told the judge that Caleb has a clean record, that is not necessarily true.
He left the show’s 19th season in 2021 after making it into the top 5.
Fans were shocked at the news because the country singer was a fan favorite.
At the time, the Idol did not give a reason as to why he left, but he later took to Instagram to explain why.
Caleb posted a video of him and a friend, who was wearing a hood that resembled the KKK.
“Hey y’all, this is gonna be a bit of a surprise, but I am no longer gonna be on American Idol.”
“There was a video that surfaced on the internet and it displayed actions that were not meant to be taken in that way,” he wrote in a lengthy apology.
“I was younger and did not think about the actions, but that’s not an excuse. I wanna say sorry to all my fans and everyone who I have let down,” he continued.
“I’ll be taking a little time off social media to better myself, but saying that, I know this has hurt and disappointed a lot of people and made people lose respect for me.
“I’m so sorry! I pray that I can one day regain your trust in who I am and have your respect! Thank you for supporting me.”
DISQUALIFY HIM!
After the announcement was made and the video had surfaced online, fans were quick to tell the ABC show to disqualify him.
He claimed he was imitating the movie, The Strangers: Prey at Night, but fans did not believe him and labeled him a racist.
“S***** racist white kid discovered in KKK video loses big chance at being an: ‘American Idol’,” one wrote.
“You don’t need crap excuses like you and your buddy were watching the Strangers. Clearly not the same,” said another.
“Him being involved with the KKK. This is not okay. DQ him,” posted a third.
The show did disqualify him, not allowing him to make it to finale night.

In a statement to the Herald-Journal, Caleb’s mother, Anita Guy, said that the video was taken when Kennedy was 12, after watching the film The Strangers: Prey at Night, in which a character wears a hood over his head.
Caleb was also in another controversial picture as he was seen holding a rifle on his mother’s Instagram page.
