Angela Black fans all have the same complaint after episode 4 – but did you notice it?

ANGELA Black viewers all have the same complaint about the ITV drama after its fourth episode aired on Sunday night.

The six-part drama explored more of Angela’s past through flashbacks after she was admitted to a facility over fears about her mental health.

But viewers were left scratching their heads after seeing her exceptional piano skills

Many scenes showed Angela – played by Joanne Froggatt – struggling with her baby’s non-stop crying.

But viewers were more peeved at the fact that Angela was suddenly an exceptional pianist, with many wondering where she has picked up the talent.

One sarcastically tweeted: “Angela, a woman of many talents. First, she’s a pianist, now she’s an artist.”

A second wrote: “Of course she plays the classical piano. What is this s***? She’s unlikeable, he’s odd. It’s all just ridiculous.”

While another fumed: “This series is like a sick salmon, with an injured fin, trying its best to leap up a massive waterfall against the strong water flow.”

The controversy in the show didn’t stop there, either, as viewers saw her struggle to cope with motherhood.

After she learned that her estranged mother had died, she claimed her child suddenly stopped crying and somehow glowed from within, branding it a “miracle” to her local vicar.

In an extremely disturbing scene, Angela decided to prove her baby’s godliness at the local pool, where she hung him over the side by his arms, before shockingly dropping him in.

Clearly not in her right mind, Angela seemed to believe her baby would float or swim despite his young age, however, the tot started to sink towards the bottom of the pool before an alarmed swimmer dived to his rescue.

Viewers were horrified by the scene, with one tweeting: “This episode is insane.”

While another penned: “This is sick! Who wants to watch a woman attempt to murder a baby at 9.45pm on a Sunday?”

Angela Black continues on Sunday, November 7 at 9pm on ITV.
