Battle of the Towie mega-mansions from Georgia and Tommy’s £1m home to Billie Faiers’ rows with her neighbours

WE’VE watched many of Towie’s OG stars grow up on our screens, from living at home with their parents and nans to now with their own families and lucrative businesses. 

Since graduating from the show to launch their own reality series or appear in other programmes, lots of them have stayed in and around the Essex area to stay close to where it all began. 

Using their considerable wealth they’ve built up to purchase their own dream homes, which they have renovated and styled, they’ve created incredible mega mansions.

We take a look at who lives where…

Mark Wright and Michelle Keegan – £3.5 million 

Dubbed Wrighty Home, this project has been more than three years in the making with the couple snapping up the property for £1.3 million in 2020. 

Since then Mark, 36, and Michelle, 35, have spent a fortune turning the Essex manor into a high-tech mega-mansion bristling with security features.

Inside the home is the couple’s huge bedroom, which is located in the centre of the house and overlooks the rolling fields out the back.

It also has its own balcony that will look down upon the swimming pool once landscaping is complete.

Mark and Michelle have been sharing updates of their home on Instagram revealing the huge property in all its glory and with a heap of cosy finishing touches.

The stars revealed a warm Scandi colour scheme of cream hues, and floor to ceiling windows that looked out onto their enormous garden.

In one snap a marble topped table rested on a brass base surrounded by padded chairs.

The amazing furniture included a ’60s inspired sideboard accessorised with framed photos of Mark and Michelle on their wedding day and matching lamps.

Georgia Kousoulou and Tommy Mallet’s – £1 million

The long-time couple are currently busy planning their upcoming wedding and raising their adorable little boy but have still found time to finish making their Essex pad into a dream home.

Tommy, 31, and Georgia, 31, often share snaps on their home account – revealing the stunning features of the property.

No expense has been spared creating their perfect space and no detail has been left unturned.

The expansive kitchen features a marble island with an impressive chandelier hanging above it and double ovens.

There are huge floor to ceiling doors leading out onto the back garden – a sofa in one corner to watch TV and a large wooden dining room table.

Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd – £1.4 million

Billie, 33, and Greg, 38 – who welcomed their third child, daughter Margot in December 2022 – have been very busy renovating the home after buying it in January 2020.

Previously it was revealed their building work was a whopping 24 weeks behind schedule – and have argued a lot over decisions on ITV’s Billie And Gregg The Family Diaries.

They had plans to convert the space into a five bedroom, however their original plans weren’t approved by neighbours.

Getting their dream home has been a roller coaster with Greg even commenting he’s not sure he would have taken it on if he was able to go back in time.

Viewers of the ITVbe show have watched as the couple have struggled with the huge renovation with Billie even breaking down in tears three times.

They had planned to transform the run-down space into their dream five bed home with an eye-watering renovation that included a two-storey extension, gym, games room and huge walk-in wardrobe.

Megan McKenna – cost unknown

Reality star turned country and western singer Megan McKenna, 30, revealed her stunning Essex home to fans showing off her champagne bar and fridge packed with Capri Sun.

She proudly showed off her huge American fridge packed with her favourite beverages.

The chrome refrigerator is home to dozens of Capri Sun pouches, bottles of water, and fizzy drinks – including San Pellegrino, Rio, and Coca Cola.

Megan once revealed that she drinks at least six Capri Suns a day and that they are her favourite beverage.

Pete Wicks – cost unknown

Staying in the Essex region is Megan’s ex-boyfriend Pete Wicks, 35, who also lives in the big county along with his Towie co-stars. 

The tattooed hunk regularly uploads snaps to his Instagram which have given an insight into the amazing pad he shares with rescue dogs Peggy and Eric.

His lavish Essex home follows a simple yet stylish interior throughout with plenty of light, mirrors and tributes to his paw-fect pals.

The bathroom has nude tiles, a huge white bathtub and a cabinet full of products to look after his impressive beard.

The open space also boasts a white dining table, grey leather seats and a brown textured sofa that he can sit back and relax on with his furry friends.

Moving upstairs, the master bedroom has a king sized bed with navy quilted bed frame – big enough to fit the whole clan on.

Chloe Brockett – cost unknown

The ITVBe favourite, 22, keeps things down to earth in her Essex pad, which she has decked out with furniture from stores such as B&M and Dunelm.

Showing off her home renovation, each room follows a chic grey colour scheme with the living area featuring two plush velvet sofas and a range of different patterned cushions placed on them and a throw.

Recently Chloe was seen driving her car around Essex as she took the chance for a sneaky dig at ex Jordan and his new girlfriend Geordie Shore’s Sophie Kasaei. 

Addressing Jordan’s new relationship she added: “I have seen small snippets – it’s a quick transition, that’s all I’m saying.

“He loved Ella, he loved me, he loved Ella again and now he loves Sophie.

“I wish I had his capability to love people as quickly as he does.”
