Owain Wyn Evans presented the weather on Wednesday’s show

However today, Owain Wyn Evans was in the studio alongside presenters Dan Walker and Sally Nugent as well as sports correspondent John Watson.

John shared a snap of the four of them on the red sofa and captioned it on Twitter: “Good morning all from @BBCBreakfast. Look who is joining us on the sofa @OwainWynEvans. Have a fab day everyone.”

Owain also tweeted: “Good morning everyone. Feeling a bit more like spring over the next few days thanks to THAT area of high pressure!

“We’re not quite there yet though. I’ll have the full details on @BBCBreakfast throughout the morning xxx.”

Last week, Naga Munchetty noticed something funny about Carol’s dress during her weather report.

The weather presenter was updating Brits on the forecast when her colleague interrupted her handover back to the main hosts.

While presenting the weather, Carol wore a dark blue dress with white polka dots, which almost matched the weather map behind her.

“Tomorrow afternoon (Saturday) we could have gusts to gale force across south-west England, and also south Wales, as much as 70 miles an hour for Cornwall, and Isles of Scilly,” Carol said.

“Something to watch out for, Naga and Charlie.”

But before she could finish Naga pointed out something very quirky abot Carol’s dress.

“Definitely something watch out for… Carol, I’m very pleased there are no snow flurries over the west of England, cos if there were you’d look like a floating head.”

Carol joked back: “Thank you, Naga.”
