Bianca Gascoigne has described her time on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins as the 'worst experience of my life' while sharing her secret struggles on the show. The former glamour model, 37, who made it to the final, revealed in an exclusive interview that her journey was far from easy.
Battling Challenges
Gascoigne, who had recently given birth to her daughter, Blake Sunshine, faced both physical and emotional challenges during the intense competition. She admitted to dealing with a C-Section recovery, antenatal depression, being at her most unfit state, and hormonal imbalances.
Reflecting on the Experience
Despite labeling it as one of the worst experiences at the time, Gascoigne now sees her time on the show as one of the best experiences of her life. She expressed pride in overcoming her difficulties and mentioned that she would love to do it again without the pregnancy hormones affecting her.
Life Changes
Gascoigne's journey on the show comes at a challenging time in her personal life, as she recently disclosed her split from her fiancé of three years. The couple, who share a daughter, Blake, had welcomed their child in February last year and got engaged in December 2023.
