CAROL Vorderman once again wowed her fans as she hit the gym in tight lycra.
The 61-year-old has lost a dress size in just two weeks and gave fans an insight into her workout regime while on a retreat in Portugal.

Today Carol revealed she was exercising with former footballer Alex Scott as she thanked her for supporting her in the gym.
She wrote: “Thursday morning….she was looking for me….my gym bud @alexscott2 found me eventually on the @trx_uk 
“She definitely pumps bigger weights than I do and is a gazillion times fitter than I have ever been….but what a star she is…..getting me round the circuit.
“Go Alex…..and thanks for all the things you and the other girls promote…. not just for sport but for all women. I love this generation and all the things you do…

Yesterday, the former Countdown star told her followers about her impressive weight loss.
“I’ve dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy,” she wrote. “Haven’t been into these shorts for a few years and now they’re loose. Boommmm.”
Carol has been keeping everyone up to date with her stay in Portugal – regularly sharing work out snaps.
The telly star – who has had an incredible transformation over the years – has made no secret of her love of working out and showing off her impressive figure.
Her famous bum previously won her Rear of the Year twice and in the past the presenter has recreated 42-year-old Kim Kardashian’s famous Paper Magazine shoot and balanced a glass of wine on her bum.
Just like Kim, Carol shows off her body in sexy bikini selfies on the beach.
And she says she feels more secure in herself than ever before, admitting she used to criticise her looks when she was younger.
Speaking to the Express, she said: “I don’t look as good but I’m probably more confident. I’ve realised that all my self-criticism was pretty meaningless.
“As you get older you realise you don’t have to be the most beautiful girl with the longest legs.”
