Carol Vorderman wows in cut out swimsuit after dropping a dress size in just two weeks

CAROL Vorderman treated her fans to one more swimsuit picture before she headed home from her juice retreat.

The former Countdown host, 61, looked incredible in a cut-out metallic cossie after dropping a dress size in just two weeks.

Carol told her followers: “The final sunrise before we meet again

Juicy Oasis is a seven-day retreat and have a range of facilities to offer to guests.

A typical day consists of meditation, followed by yoga, then a walk and circuit training.

Guests then have juice, a spin glass and another session of yoga.

In the afternoon they have another juice, followed by high intensity training, rebounding and a game of volleyball.

At 4pm guests drink another juice, yoga and finish the day with soup.

But staying at Juicy Oasis doesn’t come cheap as it can cost from £1475 for a room for a week.

It certainly seems to get results though as Carol told her followers while posing in tiny denim shorts: “I’ve dropped over a dress size and bursting with energy.

“Haven’t been into these shorts for a few years and now they’re loose. Boommmm.”
