CHLOE Brockett broke down in tears SECONDS after meeting the Celebs Go Dating agents.
Despite being perceived as “intimidating” because of her on-screen rows on Towie, the 21-year-old became overwhelmed with emotion during filming.
In fact, she burst into tears before her deep chat with Paul Carrick-Brunson and Anna Williamson even began.
In an exclusive interview with The Celeb Report, Anna revealed: “Chloe walked straight in, sat down and burst into tears.
“We could almost write a ‘what happens next’, because afterwards she said ‘I don’t know why I’m crying’, ‘this is bizarre’, ‘I didn’t expect this to happen’.
“When people sign up to the show, there’s no magic forcefield that happens, but I think they realise the gravitas – that this is actually a moment that they can allow themselves to offload.
“She was a classic example. We’ve had that with Ryan-Mark too, eventually.”
Chloe admits getting emotional during filming after letting her guard down.
Last night in the series launch she described herself as an “onion”, because she has “lots of layers”.
But she was shocked to be delivered a six out of ten from her date who wasn’t impressed.
Reflecting on it now, Chloe says the process helped her learn things about herself she never knew before.
“I always assumed I was a really chatty, charming person who can speak to everyone,” she told The Celeb Report.
“But watching myself back and seeing how I was on that first date and realising I was actually being rude was something that was really hard to do.
“It really upset me.
“It was hard knowing I’d been rude to that poor man, so having the agents say to me ‘the way you behaved just now was not right’ was difficult.
“No one has told me that before. It comes from being shut off and oblivious.”
The stunning reality star is now back to full confidence having used the dating show as therapy.
“Now I’m a ten out of ten,” she laughed.
