Teddy suggests hosting a housewarming party and inviting their new neighbors. He manages to get Kim and Chelsea on side with his charm offensive. At the party, Teddy surprises Chelsea by revealing a last-minute clause in his deal to buy Gray’s house.
Drama unfolds as secrets and debts come to light
Harry informs Teddy that someone has been looking for them at their old place, but Teddy assures him that everything is under control. Meanwhile, Teddy takes on Phil's debt and shocks Reiss with the news. As Reiss shakes on the deal, doubts creep in - has he made a mistake?
Harvey's mistake puts baby Charli in danger
Elsewhere on the square, Harvey falls asleep in a hot car with baby Charli in the back. Luckily, Jack spots them in time and rushes them to the hospital. Harvey's relationship with Jean hangs by a thread as he despairs over his mistake.
