Coleen Rooney has revealed a detailed list of instructions she left for her husband Wayne before heading to the I'm A Celebrity jungle. The 38-year-old shared that she has prepared timetables, plans, and even letters to Father Christmas for their four sons to ensure they are well taken care of in her absence.

In a video message to fans, Coleen candidly expressed her anxiety about leaving her children but reassured everyone that her friends and family are stepping in to help out. She mentioned that she has a plethora of people, including family, friends, and school friends, looking after Kai, Klay, Kit, and Cass while she is away.

Coleen shared that she had been asked to join I'm A Celebrity for years but her young children held her back. However, she now feels ready to experience something different, do something for herself, and meet new people through the show.
