Come Dine With Me contestant leaves co-stars squirming with ‘nightmare’ prank

A COME Dine With Me contestant left her co-stars squirming with a ‘nightmare’ prank.

The Channel 4 cooking competition sees amateur chefs rate each other’s food in the hope of winning a cash prize.

Four contestants each call around to the other hopefuls’ houses as they lay on a three course meal.

The participant who achieves the highest score is crowned the winner and bags £1,000.

While things can sometimes be frosty as the contestants greet one another for the first time, one played a nightmare trick.

In a classic episode one guest arrived at the front door, pretending to be French.

She was greeted by that evening’s host and fellow contestant Andrea.

“Hello, come in,” said Andrea as she welcomed the woman who simply replied: “Merci.”

But as small talk got underway, it soon became clear to Andrea that her first guest didn’t English.

“Je ne parler pas anglais,” said the woman to her stunned host.

“She’s French! She can’t speak a word of English, this is going to be a nightmare,” said Andrea.

As the next guest arrived, Andrea tried her best at introducing him to ‘Ms Pineapple’.

“This is Tom,” she said as she turned and pointed, adding: “This lady is French.”

However, the game was up as she shocked the two by asking: “So where did you come from tonight?”

As Andrea burst into laughter Tom walked off, exclaiming: “She’s taking the p*ss!”

The gag had viewers in stitches of laughter as one replied saying: “She’s an icon, she’s a legend and she is the moment.”

Caroline’s former students also took to the comments as one said: “This is my french teacher back in school! her name is literally miss pineapple.”
