CORONATION Street fans were left distracted as they spotted something VERY wrong with Emma Brooker’s flat during an emotional chat with Curtis Delamere.
The medical student – played by Sam Retford in the ITV soap – finally admitted the truth about his mysterious illness last night.
Curtis has been living a lie and told his fiance Emma that he has been dying of a heart condition.
But last week Emma found out that the medication he was taking for his terminal illness were only vitamins.
The bride-to-be confronted Curtis’ dad about her findings and she was left shocked when he told her that his son is a compulsive liar.
Thursday night’s instalment of the show saw the student come clean about his health issues.
Curtis explained that he made the lie up to try and keep his mum and dad together, and then kept it up to feel like he was loved by everyone around him.
But during the emotional chat, fans of the show were more interested in why their flat still hasn’t been done up since it blew up in flames over the summer.

The couple currently live at 2a Coronation Street with pal Tyrone Dobbs.
Back in August youngster Hope Stape set fire to her dad Tyrone’s flat after growing increasingly jealous of Tyrone and then girlfriend Alina Pop’s unborn baby.
Meanwhile other fans were horrified after Emma helped cover up Curtis’ lies.
before she could tell Steve the truth about Curtis, she found him trying on his wedding suit.
Realising they had spent a fortune on it, Emma was quietly horrified.
And when Steve told her how Curtis had donated £4,000 to Oliver’s fund – hitting its target, she made a decision.
Instead of exposing Curtis, she decided to help him cover them up insisting that he could never lie to her again.
After he promised to take her to see his psychologist, Emma took him back – but then told him they needed to go to dinner with her parents.
At the Bistro it soon became clear that Curtis had no problems continuing to lie to others.
Tracy said she had no idea how he managed to pull off the Three Peaks Challenge with his condition.
Tapping his heart, he told her: “Well she hasn’t given up on me yet.”
Emma said nothing as Steve cracked open the champagne to celebrate Curtis’ achievement.
Viewers were horrified that Emma sat there while Curtis lied to her family.
