CORONATION Street fans were delighted when two of the show’s biggest stars were united.

Roy Cropper and Becky McDonald – or the actors who played them at least – got together for a picture.

Katherine Kelly, 43, posed with David Neilson, 73, eleven years after leaving the ITV soap.

She shared the picture on Instagram, writing: “Well look who I caught up with today… Still one of my favourite human beings EVER.”

The actress signed off the post with a series of hashtags, most notably “#roysrolls”.

Julie Hesmondhalgh, who played Roy’s wife Hayley until 2014, was among the stars to respond writing: “Arg I LOVE THIS!!!!
