SARAH Platt sacks Carla Connor over her ex Lucas’ scam next week in Coronation Street.
There’s been tension between the pair ever since Sarah’s partner Adam pulled out of donating his liver to Carla’s dying husband Peter Barlow, who needs a transplant to save his life.

Next week, Carla is frosty with Sarah and tells her Adam has signed Peter’s death warrant by pulling out of the transplant.
Meanwhile, Daniel breaks the news to a devastated Peter that his liver isn’t compatible.
Later, Carla runs into the pub searching for Peter, announcing that the transplant centre has found him a liver but he’s nowhere to be found.
Daniel finds Peter in the bistro and they rush him to hospital, but will he get there in time?
Later in the week, Carla requests time off to look after Peter.
She’s shocked, however, when Sarah tells her it might be best if she didn’t come back at all after what happened with Lucas.
Carla is stunned but will she leave Underworld?
Corrie viewers know that Carla continued to do business with Lucas for Underworld after rejecting his advances.
But when she tried to call his number recently to chase him over a late payment to the factory, she was shocked to realise his number was no longer in use.
A visit to Lucas’ old work premises, which was deserted, confirmed that he’d gone bust.
The pair managed to reclaim some of their stock, but could it signal the end of the road for Carla at the factory?
