Death in Paradise’s Ralf Little gives ‘devastating’ update as series 13 filming begins

DEATH in Paradise’s Ralf Little has issued a “devastating” update about the show as series 13 filming begins.

The actor initially appeared as DI Neville Parker in Death in Paradise series nine, and he is the show’s longest-running detective.

Ralf took to Instagram to share some big news with his followers, announcing that filming for the thirteenth season of the BBC series had begun.

He took to social media to answer some of his followers’ questions during an Instagram live.

Ralf revealed he was “devastated” that he couldn’t get his food staples while filming.

“I arrived last Wednesday on the island and have done lots of things like setting the house up, moving everything in,” he said.

“Getting over to the supermarket to buy essentials for the past six months, like salad cream and baked beans and I couldn’t find either of them.

“It is so devastating I don’t know how I will cope.”

BBC One’s Death in Paradise aired its latest series earlier this year, with bosses soon confirming it would be back for another instalment.

Sharing the exciting update to its official Twitter account, it read: “

We’re back in Guadeloupe with a splash! Today was our first day of filming series 13 of #DeathInParadise!”

The news was greeted with excitement from fans who rushed to share their happiness.

While, it’s good news DI Neville is returning, fans will have to wait a little while longer to find out who else is back.
