FORMER Emmerdale star Kurtis Stacey looks unrecognisable after his incredible body transformation.

Actor Kurtis, 33, is best known for playing hunky farmer Alex Moss on the ITV soap between 2011 and 2012.

During his short-lived stint, he worked at Butlers Farm under John Barton – portrayed by James Thornton.

But it all came to an unexpected end when he was shockingly killed off on Christmas Eve at the hands of murderer Cameron Murray (Dominic Power).

Nowadays, he tours the country with pantomimes and has competed in a celebrity edition of Mastermind.

But it’s his gym snaps that have caused fans’ jaws to drop, since he’s undergone a very impressive transformation.

The ripped star fills his socials with shirtless pictures, which ensure to leave the ladies swooning.

Posting to Twitter, Kurtis said of his fitness journey: “We must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of disappointment.

“If you want it you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.”

He writes a column for BestFit Magazine and plugs brands MyProtein and Liverpool gyms online.

He wrote in the publication: “I myself have a collection of self-help and psychology books which I like to refer to when I’m feeling stressed or anxious.

“If you’re having an off day, you’re feeling a bit depressed, tired or simply can’t be bothered – you can refer to your Mental Wealth toolbox and overcome any obstacle to get you through whatever is in your way.”
