Fans left baffled by walking distance to crash site
Emmerdale fans have taken to social media to express their disbelief at two glaring blunders in the aftermath of the car crash that claimed the life of Heath Hope. Viewers were puzzled by the fact that characters in the show were able to walk to the crash site, despite the fact they had been shown driving for a considerable distance beforehand. Many took to X - formerly Twitter - to voice their confusion, with one fan asking, "How far away from the village were they that they can just easily walk there?".
Newspaper article blunder also spotted
In addition to the walking distance controversy, another blunder was spotted by eagle-eyed viewers. A screenshot of a newspaper article featured in the episode showed an identical write-up for both Heath's death and the passing of villain Harry. The viewer who shared the screenshot on social media commented, "But what's more strange is how the same write-up is used for Heath's write-up".
