'Entitled princess' Samie Elishi Sparks Outrage Among Love Island Fans Over Phone Feud

Love Island star Samie Elishi faced a barrage of criticism from fans after complaining about not having access to her phone for ten days.

The 23-year-old reality dating star took to Instagram to vent her frustration after an O2 customer assistant was unable to resolve her phone issue.

In a scathing post, she wrote: "Currently have no phone going into the new year because O2 UK is an absolute joke.

"Even after speaking to their 'very helpful' supervisor for over an hour, they're still able to do absolutely nothing over something that has nothing to do with me.

"Their solution to the problem is 'you have to wait ten days'. As a young girl with no phone or no way to contact anyone during an emergency, I think that is just bizarre.

"I can't even change providers today because they're currently 'working on the account' and have been for two days, and it will take up to ten.

"I'm unable to receive or make phone calls or texts, and I have no internet either."

Elishi further defended her complaint, emphasizing, "I'm never normally a Karen, but this is for the people who are thinking about taking out a new contract in the new year."

However, the response from fans was far from sympathetic, as they took to social media to express their dissatisfaction with her behavior.

Outrage on Social Media

One person sarcastically exclaimed, "Call the police, ring the alarm!! Samie is without a phone. Sorry, but I really hope she is not in All Star please."

Another criticized her, saying, "Tell me you've never had to take a job without telling me.

"Why TF has she fully named that poor customer service agent?! How does she not know CS do not make the rules, have zero authority and have their hands tied when it comes to what they can do vs what they want to do?

"It's honestly giving me flashbacks to when I worked customer service during uni."

Another agreed, "Publicly naming a low-level employee because you are having a problem is really entitled."

One angry person wrote, "What an absolute spoilt and entitled little cretin she is by naming the person (who obviously can't control the issue) by their full name."

A fifth fan branded her an "entitled princess," adding, "This is so pathetic. If you're worried about safety, get yourself to the nearest Tesco and grab a £15 burner until next week."
