FANS of First Dates have been left in hysterics after a woman a guessed her date was TWENTY years older than he actually is.
Viewers took to social media to revel in the awkward moment after city banker Yasmin, 38, initially guessed date Brad was nine years older than his actual age.
Fans went on to share how they laughed harder when Brad, 33, admitted she was off by “almost ten years”, leaving her to suggest he was 52.
Brad initiated the conversation with his stunning brunette date, asking her “how old she is” as they sat down to get chatting.
“I’m 38, and you?” Yasmin told him, leaving the car lover in shock, asking her: “Are you really?” before the attention turned to his age.
Asking his date to guess, she coyly tried to avoid the question before quickly concluding: “I don’t want to say… OK, 42?”
“Oh, you are so very, very wrong,” the entrepreneur responded, raising his eyebrows and looking disappointed. “Like almost ten years wrong.”
“You’re 52?” Yasmin quickly hit back, looking confused – leaving Brad disappointed as he insisted he was “turning 34 next month”.
Viewers of the Channel 4 show immediately flooded social media to laugh about the awkward moment, calling it the “best TV they’ve seen all year”.
“That may be the best bit of TV I’ve seen this year,” one man kicked off the debate alongside a series of laughing-face emojis.
“Her going up on Brad’s age to 52 from 42 is one of the most satisfying things I’ve seen on television in a long time,” a second chimed in.
A third added: “When she asked if he was 52 I spat my drink out,” while a fourth said: “Oh Christ, I am p***ing myself, that knocked the wind out of his sails.”
He told date Yasmin that he had “seven or eight” luxury cars, including an Aston Martin, which he opted to drive to the date.
Brad went on to complain about the “short” list of red wines, asking the waiter to bring him over two expensive bottles for the evening.
Others simply dubbed the moment “hilarious” as they slammed Brad for being “arrogant” and a “t**t* as he boasted about his cars and dogs.
Having laughed over his age mishap, many fans of the show then flooded Twitter to complain about the businessman’s attitude.
“F***ing hell, what a c*** he is. I’d be straight out that door,” one woman concluded. “I’m not even near him & I want to punch him.”
A second agreed: “The biggest w***er I’ve ever seen. What an embarrassment of a man.”
“Making the women of the UK aware that Brad is out there is a BAFTA worthy public service act,” a third savagely concluded of the show.
First Dates continues Monday at 9pm on Channel 4.
