She described having a "funny turn" and shared her disappointment with a vending machine at the hospital. Shappi apologized to her fans and explained that her health issue was caused by allergies.
Shappi, who appeared alongside celebrities like Georgia Toffolo, Jamie Lomas, and Jennie McAlpine in the 2017 series of I'm a Celebrity, later described her experience on the show as "really sad." She mentioned feeling like an outsider and recalled Rebekah Vardy being "really mean" to her. Despite the challenges, Shappi refused to engage in any arguments during her time on the show.
One fan sent well wishes to Shappi, hoping she would feel better soon. Shappi responded, thanking the fan and revealing that tree pollen had become her new enemy.
