The popular ITV show returns tonight with its first ever all-stars series.

This evening viewers will see Helen, Olympic athlete Fatima Whitbread and ex-England cricketer Phil Tufnell will face their fears as they try to manoeuvre over four huge red balls high up in the sky in a bid to get a star.

As Helen watches Fatima struggle, the soap star covers her face with her hands and says: “Oh my god.”

Phil asks the soap star: “Are you alright?”

“I feel sick,” a distressed Helen replies.

Carol recently labelled Helen “satanic” after the pair became enemies in the jungle.

And in an exclusive interview with TV Mag, Carol, 62, revealed that former Corrie actress Helen – who was famously unsuccessful at winning stars when she first took part in the show in 2012 – got feisty with her campmates.

Carol said: “Helen showed her satanic side!

“Helen was a baby last time – she’s a mum now. Fatima Whitbread and I would always get up early and then this little face would appear, like a meerkat.

“She’s in my phone as: ‘Helen Meerkat Satanic Angel’.”

Helen appeared on the ITV show back in 2012, while Carol took part four years later.

The I’m A Celebrity South Africa spin-off series has prompted a huge schedule shake-up as it is set to hit our screens tonight.

The show will kick off tonight at 9pm, meaning that the News at 10 will be shifted from its regular slot.

It has been moved 30 minutes later on Monday, and is scheduled to start at 10.30pm instead.

On Tuesday, the news will air at 10.15pm and be broadcast 10 minutes earlier, at 10.05pm, on Wednesday.

On Thursday, the news returns to the 10.15pm slot while on Friday it again airs at 10.05pm.

I’m A Celebrity… South Africa starts on Monday 24th April at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
