Plot Summary
BBC ONE is known for its top detective dramas, and High Country is no exception. This Australian series follows detective Andrea Whitford as she investigates the mysterious disappearance of five individuals in the Victorian High Country.

Leah Purcell stars as Andrea 'Andie' Whitford, a fearless detective with a vulnerability that adds depth to her character. Filming Locations
High Country is set in the Victorian Alps in Australia, with the fictional town of Brokenridge. Filming took place in the real Victorian High Country, primarily in the town of Jamieson. Scenes were also shot in Olinda, capturing the essence of the cold winter setting.
