HOLLY Willoughby has presented This Morning for just four days so far this year.
The 40-year-old will not return to the screen for the remainder of this month as she films another TV show on a rival channel – leaving fans fearing she has quit.
The presenter reappeared from her month long Christmas break on January 10th alongside Phillip Schofield.
She worked her usual four day week, but was not back today and was instead replaced by Rochelle Humes.
The Celeb Report revealed earlier this month that Holly is taking an extended break from the show to work on Wim ‘Iceman’ Hof’s Superstar Survival with Lee Mack in Southern Europe.
The star will be filming back at the weekends to film Dancing On Ice, but won’t be on ITV during the week.
Fans of This Morning took to Twitter to discuss her absence, with one writing: “Has Holly left or is she just having her 1st holiday of her usual 20 holidays a year?”
A second added: “If your to famous and busy for #ThisMorning nowadays then step down and get josie on full time @hollywills (sic)”.
While a third tweeted: “Holly did one week of the show and is now off can’t relate #thismorning.”
Holly, who is said to earn £350k a year presenting This Morning, recently signed a bumper deal to keep hosting the show with Phillip Schofield.
The mum-of-three had been embroiled in a bitter dispute with her former agents – which could have seen her leave This Morning.
She did however recently admit how much she likes doing something different like Dancing On Ice.
Talking about her partnership with Phillip Schofield, Holly said: “There’s a real ease when we work together.
“It’s not like we have to find our feet or find our rhythm, that’s an absolute given.
“It’s just nice to be doing something a bit different, but still together.”
