I’m A Celeb fans accuse ITV of ‘fixing’ Bushtucker trial result

I’M A CELEBRITY fans are being divided over Matt Hancock more than camp – with some crying “fix” that he skipped out on the latest bushtucker trial.

On Monday night’s episode, the former health secretary finally swerved the public vote after six trials in a row, and wasn’t given a bushtucker trial.

Instead, Boy George, Chris Moyles and Babatúndé Aléshé were told they had to face the “Angel of Agony” on the jungle series.

How they get on will be revealed on Tuesday night’s show.

This came after fans cried out they were getting “bored” of seeing Hancock doing every trial, completing six within the space of his first week.

However, others can’t quite believe he managed to swerve the public vote to such an extent that three people were the more viable option.

Others claim he used psychological techniques and claimed he enjoyed the trial in order to make people stop voting for him.

Naturally, they took their frustrations out on Twitter.

“[Matt Hancock] actually thinks he’s great and been accepted,” said one viewer. “I don’t believe for a second he was not voted by the public to do another trial. ITV are messing with it all.”

“You’re telling me the same public are voting for Matt Hancock to do trials (least popular) AND camp leader (most popular)??” said another. “I smell an ITV fix for desperate ratings.”

However, others were having none of it, and said it was the right result.

“People have been moaning the last few days about Matt Hancock keep getting voted,” one said. “When he doesn’t they are saying it’s fix, make your mind up.”

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here airs weeknights at 9pm on ITV.
