Fans Predict It Will "Cost Her Dearly" on the Show
Fans of the popular reality show I'm A Celeb have already spotted a potential problem with Josie Gibson's jungle introduction. They believe that her honesty about her fears, particularly her phobia of spiders, will come back to haunt her during her time on the show.
This Morning presenter Josie Gibson is among the 12 famous faces participating in this year's series of the ITV program. Before heading Down Under, Gibson openly shared her phobias with the public, revealing that she is terrified of insects, especially spiders.
Her candidness about her fears has left many viewers stunned, with some predicting that the show's producers will take advantage of this knowledge and purposely expose her to her worst nightmares. As one fan tweeted, "Never say you are scared of spiders – they'll be unleashing them at you all season."
Additionally, when Gibson arrived in Brisbane airport to join the show, she was unable to discuss her son Reggie due to the overwhelming emotion of leaving him behind in the UK. She tearfully expressed her love for him in a heartfelt goodbye video for This Morning before departing for Australia.
Despite her fears and emotional goodbyes, Gibson is determined to prove herself in the jungle. She filmed a video in her car at the airport, expressing her hopes of survival and thanking her fans for their support. However, she made it clear that she is not a fan of creepy crawlies, heights, rats, or snakes, leaving many to wonder how she will cope with the challenges ahead.
While Gibson is away, she will not be appearing on This Morning. Fans will have to tune in to I'm A Celeb to see if her "critical error" in sharing her fears will indeed "cost her dearly" on the show.
