ESCAPE to the Country will be featuring a breathtaking holiday cottage with quirky interiors – and viewers can stay there.
The Rookery holiday cottage in Ridge Lane, Roughlee, is owned by Danielle Coates from Barrowford.

Danielle and her husband spent £200,000 buying six acres of farmland and building the two-bedroom detached stone home.
It has been a shrewd investment as the property, which was completed in 2015, is now valued at £350,000.
They are currently renting out the two-bedroom cottage as a holiday let on cottages.com, with it generating an annual turnover of £50,000.
Original stones from the demolished farm building have been incorporated into the new structure.
Solar panels have been fitted to generate enough energy to run the entire house, and recycled timber from the farm used to fashion shelves and handles.
Producers from the BBC home improvement show said they wanted to showcase the property on the show as a striking and eccentric place to stay in Lancashire.
Danielle said: “I got a phone call on Friday, September 2, from producers on Friday and they turned up on Monday – it all happened so fast.
“They have come to film the cottage as a nice place to stay in Lancashire.
“Crews came and took some footage of the lovely countryside as well as some of the cottage interiors.
“They said they found our website and loved the place as it was a little bit quirky and different.”
The BBC Escape to the Country camera crew filmed at The Rookery Holiday Cottage in Ribble Valley.
Danielle added: “I am looking forward to the cottage appearing on TV, even though it’s all been a bit strange and last-minute.”
Viewers will have to wait to see the cottage on TV as Danielle said the episode will most probably air in 2023.
But before that, the cottage is open to anyone that wants to stay there for a weekend, or even just to view it.
The gorgeous cottage includes custom-made furnishings and cool hot tub, as well as boasting the most breathtaking views of the Ribble Valley.

Danielle said: “It’s not a home from home it’s an escape into the alternative.
“It has a lot of bespoke interiors. We collect recycled materials, my husband is a carpenter and I have a background in art which means we are quite good at the designs process.
The incredible property has a 5.0 rating on Google reviews, with some users saying it’s “possibly the best holiday cottage they’ve stayed in.”
