The Kardashian celebrated with her fiancé Travis Barker, 46, her three kids, and her soon-to-be two stepchildren.
Disneyland staff sang the star Happy Birthday and cheered as Kourtney blew out the candles on a red Mickey Mouse shaped cake.

Travis’ son, Landon, posted the video of Kourtney blowing out her candles to his story.
Kourtney was sitting between her daughter Penelope, nine – who she shares with her ex Scott Disick, 38 – and Travis.
