The prime time show is presented by football legend Ian Wright.

Its first series aired in October 2021 and quickly became a hit with fans at home.

The high-intensity show sees contestants win a life changing sum of money – or go home empty handed.

Each contestant must navigate their way through questions and each correct answer earns them a ball which they then roll onto The Launcher – a machine at the helm of the show.

The cash continues to climb along with the pressure, leaving players and viewers in constant suspense before leading up to the final game of Moneyball, where players can win everything or leave with nothing.

Each hopeful has a chance at winning an eye-watering jackpot of up to £250,000.

And now producers have opened a casting call for new hopefuls to take part – and this time they’re looking for pairs.

They said: “Hosted by the legendary Ian Wright, Moneyball is back for a second series and is looking for contestants.

“And this time, it’s looking for PAIRS! Friends, couples, family, colleagues – please apply together to be within a chance of winning a life-changing amount of money!”

The brand new series is set to be filmed next month with episodes airing on ITV1 and ITVX later in the year.

Ian Wright previously revealed an unexpected skill talent while hosting the show.

As it turns out, the former professional footballer turned TV show host has a hidden talent for baking – specifically, Victoria sponges.
