ITV in huge schedule shake up TODAY as popular quiz shows are disrupted

ITV is facing ANOTHER schedule shake-up today as three of its most popular quiz shows have been moved.

Viewers hoping to turn into their late afternoon quiz favourites will be left disappointed as they have been disrupted owing to the Bank Holiday.

It is the second Monday in a row that has seen an altered schedule on ITV.

The channel has opted to show the movie Goosebumps between 2 and 4pm, forcing Tenable out of its usual slot.

Warwick Davis’ quiz show will instead follow the film at 4pm.

This has also forced Ben Shephard’s Tipping Point to be delayed by an hour also as that will take up residence in the 5pm slot, usually held by The Chase.

With news updates airing between 6 and 6:30pm, The Chase will air 90 minutes delayed, in a move that is likely to rattle fans.

ITV have insisted on the schedule shake-up for the second week running as they also opted to delay the afternoon quizzes in favour of a movie last week.

Thankfully, from 7:30pm, the schedule will revert back to normal with the soaps continuing to air as planned followed by the latest edition of I’m A Celeb.

Fans of The Chase will be excited to see how one certain Chaser performs after a shock outburst last week.

Chaser Shaun Wallace showed one player exactly why he’s called the Dark Destroyer by barking at them to “jog on!”. 

The show, hosted by Bradley Walsh, 62, was left in chaos when one contestant decided to brand the Chaser as the “worst”. 

As he was introduced to the audience, cocky Romzan told host Bradley that he wanted to face Shaun because he thought he was the “worst Chaser”.

After a strong start answering five questions correctly in the cashbuilder, Romzan soon got his wish to meet the Dark Destroyer. 

Teasing his prey, Shaun told him before they began the round: “It’s your worst nightmare to play the worst player.”

And it didn’t take long for the contestant’s confidence to be crushed.
