Their exciting moment came as Hannah, 31, shared some fun photobooth snaps on Instagram with Masked Singer host Joel, 37, and her bump on proud display.
Since then, Joel has given a clue as to their chosen baby names.
Now he has captured his partner stark-naked, standing side-profile to show off her growing bump.
Hannah can be seen bending one knee to cover her modesty with her silhouette clearly visible against the huge floor-to-ceiling window.
With her hands clasped across her chest, she can be seen gazing out of the curtain.
The comedian added the witty caption: “Best photo I’ve ever taken.. and I’ve taken a lot of pictures of myself.”
He added two red Emoji love hearts to finish off.
One fan was quick to write: “Beautiful photo to treasure x”
Another posted: “Congratulations to you both,” as a third added: “Ah what lovely news for a lovely couple x”
One then speculated: “Ur having a boy btw x”
Joel met Hannah after his stint on I’m A Celeb in 2016 when she drunkenly messaged him with a cat emoji on Instagram.
They married three years later in a stunning beach wedding in Mykonos in front of their closest friends and family.
When making the pregnancy reveal alongside pictures of her bare bump, Hannah jokingly wrote: “Does anyone know how to change a nappy?
“Because Joel has s**t himself.”
In an interview with TV Mag, Joel teased a few baby names and shared the parenting warnings his pals gave him.
Joel has Ant & Dec tattooed on his ankles, so it was only natural to suppose this may be a possibility for baby names.
The Masked Singer host said, while laughing: “Well, it’s not off the table. She hasn’t said no. I’ll take that as a yes.”
Joel’s first gameshow In With A Shout is currently airing on ITV1 and he will return later this year with The Masked Singer.
