JAMES ‘Arg’ Argent showed off his incredible weight loss as he celebrated losing 13st in a year.
The former Towie star, 34, posted his body transformation as he marked one year since his gastric sleeve surgery.
Arg shared a before and after snap which showcased his changing figure.
In the first photo he is pictured in a hospital bed ahead of his operation and in the second image he looks slimmer than ever wearing a pair of denim jeans and a sky blue hooded jumper.
He proudly penned: “Celebrating my one year surgery anniversary.

Last week Arg showed off his trim figure in a white football shirt and matching shorts at Crewe Alexandra FC, Mornflake Stadium.
In one picture, the TV star looked happier than ever as he posed for a snap before the match.
He sported a brightly coloured red tracksuit with the word “Italia” printed on the front.
Arg looked in his element as he strolled along the pitch in full footie attire.
He was joined by a string of famous faces for the charity football match, including Katie Price’s ex Kieran Hayler, former Towie co-star Dan Osborne and Hollyoaks actor Ashley Taylor Dawson.
Arg, who was taking part in the sporting event, underwent a life-saving gastric sleeve op last April in a bid to turn his life around.
He has kept fans updated with his progress and recently admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on.

He told The Celeb Report back in February: “The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone,” he laughs.
“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!”
