Khloe, 38, recently swapped out her Instagram profile picture with a snap from her new feature story in Sorbet Magazine.
The new pic shows Khloe in a super small white shirt. Her hand crosses over her stomach and keeps the shirt from riding up too high.
She paired it with gold bottoms and a gold arm bracelet.
The model’s midriff was fully exposed, exposing her thin frame and rib cage.
In a Reddit chat room, fans shared their fears for the reality star.
“Khloe looks SO tiny in her new insta icon!” one person exclaimed, pointing out: “Her arms!”
“She is unrecognizable here,” another posted, while a third simply called her: “A mess.”
Others wondered if there wasn’t some computer trickery involved in her look.
“It doesn’t even look real,” one follower shared. “So much photoshop going on here.”
Another pointed out: “This angle is so unflattering.”

Sorbet also posted photos of Khloe, 38, wearing “head-to-toe Prada” as The Power Issue’s cover model on the magazine’s Instagram.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum stunned in a pair of sparkling gold mini-dresses designed by the Italian fashion house.
The Good American founder was also photographed wearing a unique chainlink dress fashioned by Prada.
Khloé shared a photo of herself lying across a chair and ottoman in one of the glittering gold mini-dresses.
The reality star flaunted her impossibly long legs, matching gold heels, and hazelnut-colored hair in the Instagram post.
She captioned the photo: “Sorbet x Prada.”
TINY JEANS
At the end of last year, Khloe gave a hint at how tiny she is, when she revealed her jeans size.
Khloe shared an Instagram video of a special delivery she received.
Her daughter, True, 4, helped her mom open the box and sift through the paper wrapping.
Inside was an order from her clothing brand, Good American.
“Jeans!” Khloe exclaimed, adding a, “Yay!”
As she zoomed in on the new pants, her tiny size could be seen.
It turns out Khloe wears a miniscule size 2.
The reveal only fueled concerns that she is dangerously too thin.
The Hulu star, who has dropped 60 pounds over the past four years, has been showing off her shrinking frame on social media and on the red carpet.
