In one part of the show, Khloe’s, 39, ex and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, 32, walked into the room where Khloe, her sister, Kim, 42, and mom, Kris, 67, sat.
He pushed a stroller with a bundled-up Tatum inside.
Kim rushed over to take the small child from the NBA star to hold in her lap.
In a confessional, Khloe confirmed that she and Tristan were not back together and that he was going to be in her life forever since he is the father of her children.
However, fans called out Khloe for her treatment of her youngest son.
‘DAMAGING’
On a popular Kardashian internet forum, someone posted the clip for fans to discuss.
“She didn’t even get up for her baby,” one fan pointed out.
Another harsh critic said: “She’s looking at her child with such distain when she was the one who decided it was a good idea to rent another woman’s womb to carry a baby when her and Tristan weren’t even together.
“You treated surrogacy as being purely transactional and that just ain’t right. Soulless woman!”
A third questioned: “How do you not jump up and greet your baby? And still look at him like this!!!??”
“Damaging and heartwrenching,” a fourth exclaimed.
This isn’t the first time Khloe has been called out for her parenting decisions with Tatum.

Last month, critics believed that Khloe was feeding Tatum an empty bottle on the family’s reality show.
The scene in question saw Khloe cradling Tatum as Kris paid them a visit.
Khloe explained to Kris that she switched Tatum’s formula as she rocked him up and down and tried to settle him.
“We had to change his formula, and we got him allergy tested, he’s not lactose, but he was really having trouble on our other formula so now he’s on goat milk and I think he’s still adjusting,” Khloe explained.
When Kris asked Khloe how she was getting on with her second child, the Good American co-founder admitted that her “connection” with Tatum was “different.”
“I still don’t have that complete bond, but some people say it takes time. I feel bad, I feel guilty,” Khloe said.
However, some eagle-eyed viewers claimed that the bottle Khloe held was empty.
‘DEVASTATING CONSEQUENCES’
Sharing a screenshot to Reddit, one person wrote: “Maybe Tatum is gassy… Because you are feeding him an empty bottle…”
Others were quick to comment on the thread as one person fumed: “I can’t believe they keep trying to push this ‘hands on mom’ s**t.
“Of course you’re not feeling bonded with your baby… you don’t even take care of him. You mean to tell me between all of their commitments she has time to genuinely connect with an infant.”
“There is little chance she changes diapers and it’s pretty obvious that she doesn’t feed him or prepare bottles,” they added.
Someone else replied and claimed: “It’s going to have devastating consequences for the baby.”
Another person accused: “You already know she doesn’t change nappies with the long nails she has.”
A fourth user pointed out: “She has all the money in the world to take maternity leave. Especially since she struggles bonding that’s even more reason to stay home and focus on her kids.”
