LOCATION, Location, Location’s viewers were left raging and ripped into a “hopeless” property hunt on the latest episode.
The iconic Channel 4 programme returned for its brand new series with best friend presenting duo Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer back on hand to offer up their advice and expertise.
House hunter Lauren was on the hunt for her forever home, with a budget of £330,000 and came across one for £350,000

She decided to look in Guilford as that’s where her parents live and she wanted to be close to them.
Lauren’s desire for something a little lavish, ideally a two-bedroom, meant that some of the properties she looked at were pricey.
As a result, viewers were left fuming and branded the property hunt “hopeless” as they raged about the costs of the homes and admitted to feeling “panicky” while watching.
Taking to Twitter, one viewer wrote: “£350,000 for that 1-bed in Guildford? crazy prices.”
Another exclaimed: “£350,000 for that!”
A third added: “Watching Location, Location, Location and it feels different. It used to fulfil my nosy urge to look at other peoples (sometimes lovely) homes. Now it feels panicky and hopeless. The housing market is a nightmare.”
A fourth sarcastically penned: “I love watching people view and buy houses that I just cannot afford.”
While a fifth fumed: “Was not mentally prepared for these episodes.”
Despite Lauren being impressed by the “beautiful” and “spacious” flat, she told Kirsty she wasn’t convinced by the price, given that it was only one bedroom.
