SAIRA Khan has been praised by fans for showing off her “real body” as she posed in a bikini.
The former Loose Women star, 53, took to Instagram to share the snap along with an inspirational message.

Saira looked stunning in the white two piece while going make-up free.
She wrote: “Should a woman over 50 wear a bikini?
“Go for it ladies – you’ve only got one life. Stop listening to these stupid debates and stop worrying about your age and what others think. Do you.
“This is me unfiltered, confident, real and this is the motto I live my life by.”
Fans rushed to comment, with one writing: “You look amazing in your bikini, beautiful figure.”
Another said: “You look sensational.”
And a third added: “You go girl, you look amazing!”
Earlier this year Saira, who quit Loose Women in 2021, opened up about her experience with the menopause.
The star explained: “When I started going through the perimenopause my life was hell, the hot sweats were so extreme that I did not sleep at all.
“My sheets were wet through with perspiration and then I was up about 10 times in the night to the loo.
“It was a very horrible and low time and I felt depressed and down. But then I took HRT and within 3 days of taking it, I was back to my happy energetic self and also got my sleep back.”
She also confessed lack of sleep affected her sex-life with husband Steve Hyde.
Saira continued: ” f you are tired, the last thing on your mind is to get intimate, you just don’t have the energy.”
