Love Island fans slam Amber as a ‘bully’ after row with Ekin-Su – and brand Gemma Owen ‘fake’

LOVE Island fans have slammed Amber Beckford as a “bully” after her dramatic row with Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.

Last night, the Islanders clashed in a war of words after the girls accused the Turkish actress of “playing games” in the villa.

Amber was branded a “bully” over her talk with Ekin-Su

Tension bubbled over between Amber and Ekin-Su last night

Tension has been bubbling between Amber, 24, and Ekin-Su, 27, in recent episodes – but it all boiled over on Monday night.

Things turned sour when Ekin-Su’s latest love interest told her that he felt Amber, Gemma Owen and Paige Thorne didn’t like her.

After Jay Younger opened up to the actress, she stormed over to Amber and the group of girls to settle their differences.

Instead of seeing eye-to-eye, Amber revealed that she was “questioning” Ekin-Su’s intentions, leaving her co-star furious.

“I don’t have an issue with you at all,” Amber explained. “Being honest with you, how you’ve been acting the last couple of days has made me question you.”

“You’re trying to create s**t right now and its pissing me the f**k off,” Ekin-Su hit back, as Amber hit back: “I’m being genuine.”

“You’re playing a game,” Amber continued, as Ekin-Su defended herself, instead pointing the finger towards her co-star.

Amber went on sarcastically: “I’m definitely playing a game, aren’t I? Darling if you can’t have a nice conversation – I’m not attacking you.”

Gemma then stepped in to back Amber: “It’s unfair to just blame it completed on Amber. Some of us have seen a bit of a difference.

“I think you’re calculated and that you know what you’re doing.”

Fans took to Twitter to complain about the scene, slamming Amber and the group of girls as “bullies” as they ganged up on Ekin-Su.

“I’m sorry but the conversation between Amber and the girls and Ekin-Su was so uncomfortable, it was giving bullies ganging up on one person and I didn’t like it,” one fumed.

Another chimed in: “Giving me the vibes of the girls who would bully you at school,” as a third said: “Amber was a bully in school, no one can convince me otherwise.”

A fourth said: “Singled out Ekin-Su. Everyone who’s been bullied at school or workplace knows these bully tactics.”

A fifth said of Gemma: “Gemma’s fake too. I swear you were telling Ekin that she was in the right and supporting her in the Davide situation.”

Others stepped in to defend Amber, saying: “Ekin-Su doesn’t deserve sympathy no shade she was way ruder than Amber in that situation so don’t try to label the girls as bullies.”

Another hit out: “I’m riding with Amber, you are not about to bully her for doing NOTHING.”

It comes after fans were left concerned as Jay Younger laid into Ekin-Su – hours after sparking a row between her and the girls.

But despite sparking the blazing row, he later slated his Turkish actress love interest to the boys in the villa.

He whinged the following morning: “If I’m going to be with a girl in here, in my eyes I want her to be well regarded and well respected by her friends.

“I don’t want to be the couple that’s isolated. All I was trying to do to Ekin was gently let her know that maybe her feelings towards the girls aren’t reciprocated.”

He then added: “I don’t want any more f***ing drama. It’s more drama than I’ve had in my life.”

Fans were shocked at Jay’s behaviour, with many calling him out of his red flags – especially as it resulted in Ekin falling out with her pals.

One tweeted: “Seeing red flag behaviour with Jay isolating Ekin-Su from the girls and telling her that they don’t like her.”

Another chimed in: “Jay telling her the girls don’t like her is a red flag. Sorry.”
