Despite denying any intentions of stealing someone's partner, Matilda did admit to having a disagreement with a fellow female islander over a guy.
Feud with Jess White
Matilda revealed that she had a falling out with Jess White, who had shown interest in Hugo Godfroy during their time in Casa Amor. Matilda explained that the argument stemmed from a conversation she had with Hugo, causing tension between her and Jess. Despite the disagreement, Matilda described their feud as 'jokes' in hindsight.

Matilda, who worked as a recruitment consultant before appearing on Love Island, ended up in the final with Sean Stone. However, the couple recently announced their split, with Matilda stating that they remain good friends. Fans had speculated about the authenticity of their relationship, and the pair has since engaged in public spats on social media.
