Arrested for drug-driving and driving offenses

He was also held on suspicion of careless driving and driving without insurance. Fincham was stopped by police on August 26 while travelling at high speed near his home in Swanley, Kent. He was subjected to a blood test and has been released under investigation until November 26. MTV declined to comment when approached about this incident.
