LOVE Island winners Alex and Olivia Bowen have revealed their incredible living room transformation inside their £1million Essex mansion.
The couple, who are expecting their first child, have put their heart and soul into creating their dream home and the results are stunning.
Sharing before and after snaps on Instagram yesterday, Olivia revealed the room was now a firm favourite of theirs.
She wrote: “We have spent SO much time in this room since having the new sofa & tv unit added in here. It’s become such a cosy day room which is exactly what we were after. It feels so different in here, and so glad we’ve utilised the space better! You don’t always get it right first time!”
The room isn’t totally brand new, with some of the furnishings recycled from elsewhere in the house.
She continued: “I’ve just added accessories that I already had in the house which weren’t being seen much but I’m sure this is going to become an obsession of what to put where! I’ve already had to swot away Alexs hand from the sweet jar countless times shouting ‘they’re display purposes only!!!!’
he thinks I’m mad. I am tbh
.”
Fans were as taken with it as the couple.
One commented: “Your house is stunning! I’m obsessed with everything x.”
A second posted: “This is absolutely stunning.”
Another said: “Such a fab space.”
Shortly after settling into their new pad, the lovebirds realised that they wanted to swap the living room and kitchen areas around.
The cooking space has light grey cupboards, white marble worktops and a huge bi-folding door that opens out onto their spacious garden.
Their outside space is arguably one of the most impressive features of the property – and is the ideal space for French bulldogs Reggie and Winnie to play.
The pair have a beautiful dining area outside, lavish seating and they even have a mini bar and fridge filled with all the boozy beverages they need.
They can also enjoy the stunning views from the comfort of their Jacuzzi.
