Luca finally confessed to being ‘fuming’ over the final results
He and Gemma Owen came second in the competition
As the Islanders got together in London last night to film the reunion show – which will air on Sunday – fishmonger Luca finally revealed his true feelings over the result, according to onlookers.
One person on Twitter asked someone who claimed to have been in the audience: “Did they reveal the landslide voting figure for Ekin-Su and Davide to everyone?”
They replied: “They did! And they were shook! They also showed a VT of the Islanders’ reactions right after the result in the villa and Luca said he was fuming. That got a great reaction.”
It comes after fans insisted Luca was forcing a smile in the moments before Ekin-Su and Davide’s names were called as winners.

One wrote on Twitter: “Never seen Luca fake smile so much.”
Another said: “Did anyone else see the sudden face change from Luca when the camera cut to him? All fake smiles.”
And a third referenced Luca’s fury when each couple were tasked with voting for the least compatible couple, with him and Gemma receiving some votes from their co-stars.
They wrote: “Luca’s fake smile is so jarring, he’s defo about to go around asking the public why they lost. ‘BuT wHaT wErE yOuR rEaSoNs’.”
Last night Luca and Gemma, 19, appeared downcast as they left the reunion filming.
According to The Daily Star a photographer shouted out to Luca as they arrived back at their hotel: “You’ve got your hands full there”.
He reportedly replied: “Oh don’t mate, she’s got the right hump with me!”
As they left the bash, Gemma and Luca’s demeanour was a far cry from some of the other couples of the series, who appeared more loved up than ever as they celebrated the show and reunited with their co-stars.
